十年来最大规模佛山秋色大巡游(五区路线安排)

 

由佛山市人民政府主办，佛山市文化广电新闻出版局承办的“魅力佛山·秋色辉煌——2009佛山秋色大巡游”活动将于11月6日至8日在佛山五区举行。
据了解，本次秋色巡游是继1999年举行的“历史名城·世纪豪情”佛山秋色欢乐节之后的又一次规模盛大的秋色大巡游活动。同时，秋色巡游正值“广东省与东盟非物质文化遗产保护传承交流会”期间，届时东盟十国的贵宾朋友们以及文化部、省政府、省文化厅的领导也将参与这次活动……
本次巡游活动的项目分为5类，分别为彩车项目、传统秋色和民间艺术项目、现代展示项目、广东省及香港民间艺术项目、群众巡游项目。整个巡游由《名城秋韵》、《水乡踏歌》、《红豆飘香》、《和谐家园》、《魅力佛山》、《秋色辉煌》六个篇章构成。由十辆彩车，五十多个表演项目，近3000名演职员组成浩浩荡荡、色彩斑斓的巡游队伍，分成十个方阵向群众巡演。
与以往各届秋色巡游相比，本次秋色大巡游定在白天举行，而这次的彩车设计在传统中融入现代元素，更有创意也更漂亮。活动内容形式多样、丰富多彩，不既有灯色、水色、飘色等传统的秋色项目，又加入了街舞、动漫秀、拉丁舞等现代、时尚、浪漫的表演项目。巡游节目除了编排之外，还有几个扮相诙谐的小丑在巡游队伍中间来回穿插。本次活动将与非物质本次秋色巡游中的很多表演项目都是佛山市非遗保护项目中的精粹。

禅城区
巡游时间：11月6日下午15：00～17：00
巡游路线：佛山文华公园西门-季华五路-汾江中路-岭南大道-绿景路-文华公园。其中在季华五路与普澜路交叉处和东建世纪广场门前分设定点表演区。
(在文华公园集结，在电视塔广场举行启动仪式，然后从公园西门向季华五路行至汾江中路前调头处返回，再右转岭南大道至绿景路前调头位置返回文华公园结束。在季华五路与普澜路交叉处和东建世纪广场前设定点表演区。全程约4.8公里，时间约2小时30分。)

南海区
巡游时间：11月8日下午15：00～17：00.
巡游路线：佛陈路-南海大道-海五路-灯湖西路-市民广场（定点表演）-灯湖东路（定点表演）-海五路。

The Vault survey was distributed to the firms on Vault’s list in spring 2008. In some cases, Vault contacted practicing consultants directly. Survey respondents were asked to rate each consulting firm on the survey on a scale of 1 to 10 based on prestige, with 10 being the most prestigious. Consultants were unable to rate their own firm, and they were asked to rate only those firms with which they were familiar.

[资讯]人才测评中个人判断更重要

　　在人的认识世界中有许多未被认识的东西，其中之一就是对人本身的认识，这不仅表现在对人的生命秘密的不了解，也表现在对各种能力、水平、性格、工作倾向等等的难以了解。我们中国的语言中有不少关于人心难测的成语，比如“路遥知马力，日久见人心”等等。在激烈的人才争夺中，用人单位不可能用“日久”的方法来识别急需或重用的人才。我们中国人也是世界上最想预测人的命运民族，从算命卜卦到看面相手相，这些不但有着悠久的历史，而且直到科学技术高度发达的今天，仍有着众多信徒对它顶礼膜拜。中国也有“三岁看到老”的说法，但它毕竟主观意识太强，而不可能被现代用人单位所采纳。我们中国还有“伯乐相马”的故事，但那只是谈“马经”而非“相人”。

　　人力资源的配置从计划分配到市场的双向选择，这一个“选”字，有着极其深奥学问。用人单位的选人从最初的靠主观判断的面试、笔试到请来“人才测评”这位现代“伯乐”，其科学性、准确性、公正性都有了较大的提高。

　　人才测评并非是新玩意

　　其实人才测评并不是新的玩意，它已经有一百年的历史。人才测评只是心理测评的一种。所谓心理测评是指通过一系列的科学方法测试人的个体的智力水平和个性差异的一种科学方法。美国心理学家卡特尔最先提出心理测评这个词。1904年，法国的心理学家比纳和西蒙编制了第一个儿童智力测验量表，接着美国斯坦福大学的心理学家推孟教授，提出了心理商数的概念，简称为IQ.计算IQ的公式是：IQ=(心理年龄／实际年龄)×100.二次大战后，许多企业家看到了心理量表在招聘人员中的积极作用，由此，心理测评技术得到了很大发展。我国的心理测评主要是在1978年以后开始广泛运用于实践。在企业招聘中进行心理测评始于80年代的中后期。随着人力资源的开发与管理的科学化、标准化的发展，心理测评技术在我国企业选拔与安置人才中运用得越来越广泛。电脑的发展和普及，只是让人才测评配上了更科学的手段而已。通过心理测评，可以了解一个人是否符合某一岗位的需要，将他安置到适当的岗位上去，以保证人尽其才。

　　1988年，我国第一家人才测评机构。随后，许多省级人才服务中心也纷纷开设了人才测评业务。从最近几年的实际情况来看，人才测评受到了越来越多的用人单位和求职者的欢迎。在北京，市委组织部、人事局已连续两年在面向社会招考局级干部中采用了人才测评工作；在深圳，华为集团在企业内聘有心理学研究生专门负责人才测评工作。

　　人才测评引起不同的评论

　　对于人才测评的评价，有些像对测慌的评价。测慌也是利用心理学的原理，也是心理测试的一种。在一段不短的时间里，对测慌的真实效果也有两种不同的评价，以至在它诞生了几十年后才被人们所接受。人才测评也是心理测评的一种，无论是在它诞生之初还是在引进中国后，也有不同的评价。

　　有人认为，人是这个世界上最复杂也是最难以评价的对象，不同时代、不同社会环境和不同的历史文化背景，对人的影响是不一样的。比如东西方人在心理特征、行为道德规范、智力素质和职业选择等方面差异更大。要想取得较理想的测评结果，选择好的测评软件很重要。据了解，目前全国有数十种人才测评软件，但真正在全国有影响的还不足10种，这与拥有15000种之多的美国等发达国家相比，无论在数量还是在质量上均还有很大差距。目前，国内有一些人才测评软件只不过是将国外的测评软件经过简单的汉化处理就面向市场了，并没有针对中国人特有的心理素质和能力建立适合中国人的“常模”和评价体系。所以造成被测评人即使非常真实地参加了测评，但在测评结果的解释上却是采用西方的评价方法，没有依据东方人特有的生活背景来解释，其结果的准确性自然就差了。所以，任何一个人才测评软件要在中国推广和应用。就必顺建立一整套适合中国人的“常模”和“样本”。

　　一些测评机构不断开发新软件，这种“软件导向”不太正常。不少专家认为，测评“软件化”后，编制的量表不可能声东击西，量表公开后，其效度、信度将大为下降。这就像常用药一样，普遍缺乏针对性。卡特尔30岁开始研究“16PF量表”，直到60岁才公布，就是因为一旦公布就可能大大降低测评效果。再者，很多软件都是“拿来主义”，没有彻底本土化，有些软件是针对国外20多岁大学生的，拿到国内对学生尚可，对工作三、四年的人却又不一样。

　　测评不是简单对物体进行测量，不仅要进行客观、全面的测试，还需出具测评报告，这就要求测评者有丰富的理论基础及实践经验。现在许多测评者虽然是心理学出身，但对被测群体不太熟悉，管理经验也较缺乏。有关专家认为，测评机构及从业人员应经过有关部门和专家鉴定评估，取得从业资格，并定期进行资格审定，健全相关法律进行监督。

　　人才测评和测慌一样，如果经过一定的训练，你可以骗过电脑。比如有几个人同时竞争某一职位，在参加测评时，有的人就会有意识地往这个职位所需要的能力特征上靠，其结果是没有真实地反映自己的心理特征。这时的测评结果其准确性当然就差了。如果你对某人才测评的系统了解比较详细，或对参加同一系统几次测评，了解了它的“秉性”，那么你就可能骗过它，以而得到“以假作真假也真”的结果。

　　没有职业评估，何谈人才测评

　　日本人有这样一个习惯，他们每到年末便主动去参加一次测评考试，根据测试结果来判断自己来年的工作去向。一般来讲，经过一年的努力工作，每个人都取得了很大进步，通过测评，他们可以对自己及所能胜任的工作有一个更清楚的了解。这种每年一度的人才测评对他们的就业颇具指导意义。因此，在一些国家人才素质测评的证书就是一种上岗证。经过近一个世纪的发展，测评在很多国家已经具有了一定的科学性和权威性，政府部门、企业、学校在招聘、安置人员时，往往要求申请者参加某方面的素质测评。

　　在中国，人才测评能帮助你择业吗？很难。因为人才测评仅仅说明了你具备什么样的能力，可是连经验丰富的猎头公司的猎手都很难说清楚从事某种职业到底需要什么样的能力。就是说，中国目前缺少职业评估的标准定位，这使得人才测评的结果没有了用武之地。加拿大政府早在1986年就曾斥资4000万美元编著了《职业的国家标准划分》一书，对不同职业的不同工作内容给予了详细的界定。但是目前中国恰恰缺少这样一种对职业作出评估的标准。包括报纸上形形色色的招聘广告，对不同职业所具备的基础素质的要求也大同小异，而各用人单位选才任贤的唯一法宝就是学历+“有工作经验”，因为这样的人本身了解这一工作的主要内容而无须老总们费力去解释。

　　近几年来，有关行政部门虽然对我国的职业进行了分类，但它只停留在对职业的分类描述，而不是真正意义上的职业的评估。职业的分类与职业的评估是不一样的，前者只是对各种职业归纳分类，而后者则对各种职业进行描述。加拿大政府编著的《职业的国家标准划分》一书，对不同职业的不同工作内容给予了详细的界定。比如一个市场推销员的工作是这样的：a、通过上门或打电话的方式向客户提供商品或服务的详细资料，并使其明了公司销售方面的有关条款；b、说明商品的主要特性并演示其如何工作；c、记录客户要求并向公司转达；d、散发宣传品或留下样品；e、必要时实行分期付款；f、完成相关工作；g、监督其他工作人员。而我们的“职业分类大全”却没有这些详细科学的描述。由于没有详细科学的职业评估，测评机构只能根据用户的简单要求“套”，“套”出来的结果连测评者本人也没有什么大的把握。

　　测评只能是辅助手段

　　全国人才流动中心有关负责人曾告诉笔者，有一些急功近利的人，不是考虑如何将国外的技术消化吸收进行再创造，而是只讲经济效益，盲目照搬照抄，根本不考虑什么测评的效度和信度。更有甚者，打着测评的旗号，搞的却是计算机算命的迷信活动，只为从中牟利。这些情况说明，我国的人才测评业还没有扎扎实实地在技术上下功夫，有些赶潮流，搞纸上谈兵的味道。

　　IBM公司人事部经理徐振芳说：“测评结果只能作为参考，我们主要依靠自己有丰富经验的人事部。”一家大型猎头公司的高级猎手刘某说得更干脆：“除了学历、经历、职称等硬件外，对人的评估，在很大程度上取决于猎手的个人的判断。大学生中有高分低能的现象，在电脑测评中也会发生高分低能的现象。”国际性的大公司和猎头公司在中国都还在凭经验选拔人才，这足以说明我国的人才测评业还没有树立起自己应有的信誉。人才测评并不是万能，每一种测评方法都有其局限性，只有多种方法综合运用，才能保证客观性、准确性。东方集成有限公司人力资源部经理马正阳说，我们招聘时很少请测评机构或使用测评软件。马经理是学心理学出身的，他认为测评不太科学，有些测评问卷一成不变，应聘者若有一定测试经验，掌握答题技巧，测试的结果就很难反映客观实际。他在招聘时，更多地是采用情景模拟、结构化面试、案例评价、小组讨论等方式。“人是一个变量，测评结果仅供参考。许多猎头公司在猎取人才时也采用了测评，但人才的经验、能力却较难把握。”另一家跨国公司的人力资源总监胡先生对许多测评机构强调在企业招聘过程中使用测评技术持保留态度，他认为测评是一门有待完善的技术，需要多种手段和各方面考核的结合

丹尼尔.戈尔曼：情商是最根本的领导力

　　随着管理者对情商关注度的日益提升，何谓情商、如何培养和提升情商等议题不断浮出水面。最近，泛太平洋管理研究中心对情商研究权威丹尼尔•戈尔曼( Daniel Goleman )进行了专访，对上述热点话题进行了有益探讨。

　　领导者是组织情感标准的设定者

　　在群体中工作的个人都能捕捉到相互的情感。因此，群体中的成员能够创造出一种“情感汤”(Emotional Soup)，每个成员都将自己的佐料加于其中。但只有领导者的调味品才是最主要的。

　　人们通常将领导者对某事的情感反应作为最有效的反应，并进而自动调整自身的反应。这就意味着在某种程度上领导者设定了情感标准。因此，即使在大公司里，CEO的情绪或者态度都会感染和影响整个公司的情感氛围。

　　情商能够转化为利润、收入和成长性

　　领导者必须通过对员工进行激励、启发、引导和指导来完成任务，所以必须及时了解员工对自己言行产生的反应。领导者必须做到能够让员工释放全部能量，而不仅仅是恪尽职守。这两者是有差异的。

　　如果你分析领导者所拥有的各种特定能力，你会发现80 - 90 %都与情商有关，也许10 - 20 %与战略、远景有关，但它和技术方面的技能毫无关系。这也正是为什么“仅仅因为某人在技术方面出类拔萃就将其提拔至领导岗位”这一逻辑是错误的原因所在。

　　情商能够转化为利润、收入和成长性。百事可乐公司和欧莱雅公司这些世界级企业在进行内部研究时发现，公司情商运用能力的差异，使得运营利润产生20 - 30 %的差异。但怎样才能实现这一效用呢？你必须雇佣拥有情商能力的员工，你必须对拥有高情商的员工予以提拔重用，必须不断提高他们的情商。这将给你带来一种战略性的优势。

　　情商必须日日习之

　　要想改变和提高情商，你必须日日行之。如果你真的对自身负责的话，应该意识到，在发号施令之前，自己应尽可能地听取他人的意见，而不是仓促决策就发号施令。如果每次你都能这样行事的话，你如今的行事方式将慢慢占据你的脑海。重复次数越多，你过去的行事方式将越来越模糊，而新行事方式将越来越占据主导地位。

察言观色包括以下几个方面：
1、表情、眼神、脸色能让我们窥测他人的内心，它能不由自主地告诉我们真相。
2、语言、语调、声音是我们能够觉察他人情绪的重要线索，可使我们对别人的内心意图洞若观火。
3、衣着、坐姿、手势也会在毫无知觉之中出卖它们的主人。有助于我们现人于微。
4、言谈举止能告诉你一个人的地位、性格、品质及内心的情绪状态，因此善听弦外之音是“察言”的关键所在，也是在一切人情往来中操纵自如的基本技术。不会察言观色，等于不知风向便去转动舵柄，弄不好还会在小风浪中翻了船。

1、不伤害别人、不伤害自己
2、符合社会规范
3、是否能够恰当的表达自己
4、表达的是否正确、清楚
5、说出来的时间、内容是否符合场合、场景

情绪调控，简单讲就是能主动调节、控制自己的情绪，不会表现得“大喜大悲”，包括“对消极情绪的调控”和“对积极情绪的调控”，当人们在工作中、生活中或学习中产生消极的或不利的情绪时，如悲哀、厌恶等，能否积极、主动地采取措施，控制、缓和自身的消极情绪、情感，或调节消极、不利情绪向积极、有利情绪转换，这就是对消极情绪的调控；当人们体验到积极情绪时，能否加强积极情绪体验，并且做到没有压抑或夸张。
你在这方面的能力中等偏上，这表明，当体验到消极、不良情绪时，在多数情况下，你能主动采取一定措施进行调控，而且也取得了一定效果；在遇到非常开心的事时，虽然内心非常开心，你也会适当表现，而不会表现得“欣喜若狂”或“得意忘形”。在接受我们测试的人群中，你的表现处于中等偏上的位置，还有很大的提升空间，因此，建议你根据情绪调控部分提供的方法多加练习，使自己的情绪调控能力得到更大的提升。

R.L.伯德威斯特(1970)经研究后指出，在交谈中，言语只表达不超过30～35％的信息，A.朱拉兵(1972)估计，只有7％的情绪信息是通过言语表达的，55％由视觉符号传递,38％由副言语符号传达。另外，有研究表明，当言语和副言语不一致时，人们在判断对方的意图时将主要依赖于副言语信息；当副言语和面部表情不一致时，则主要依赖于面部表情。
所以，在人际交往过程中，一定要察言观色，根据对方表现出的情绪指引自己的行为与言谈。

你常以理智衡量一切并支配自己的行为，遇事沉着冷静、稳健慎重，善于控制自己，情绪非常稳定，很少为什么事而激动，更不会感情用事。即使在很糟糕的环境下，仍能很快从不良情绪中摆脱出来。你比较现实，喜欢思考；你很少与人争吵，生活愉快、轻松；即使偶尔陷入纠纷，也能妥善处理。

    Food Sacrificed to Idols
     1  Now regarding your question about food that has been offered to idols. Yes, we know that "we all have knowledge" about this issue. But while knowledge makes us feel important, it is love that strengthens the church.  2  Anyone who claims to know all the answers doesn't really know very much.  3  But the person who loves God is the one whom God recognizes. [3] 
       4  So, what about eating meat that has been offered to idols? Well, we all know that an idol is not really a god and that there is only one God.  5  There may be so-called gods both in heaven and on earth, and some people actually worship many gods and many lords.  6  But we know that there is only one God, the Father, who created everything, and we live for him. And there is only one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom God made everything and through whom we have been given life.
       7  However, not all believers know this. Some are accustomed to thinking of idols as being real, so when they eat food that has been offered to idols, they think of it as the worship of real gods, and their weak consciences are violated.  8  It's true that we can't win God's approval by what we eat. We don't lose anything if we don't eat it, and we don't gain anything if we do.

       20  Yes, each of you should remain as you were when God called you.  21  Are you a slave? Don't let that worry you—but if you get a chance to be free, take it.  22  And remember, if you were a slave when the Lord called you, you are now free in the Lord. And if you were free when the Lord called you, you are now a slave of Christ.  23  God paid a high price for you, so don't be enslaved by the world. [23]  24  Each of you, dear brothers and sisters, [24]  should remain as you were when God first called you.
       25  Now regarding your question about the young women who are not yet married. I do not have a command from the Lord for them. But the Lord in his mercy has given me wisdom that can be trusted, and I will share it with you.  26  Because of the present crisis, [26]  I think it is best to remain as you are.  27  If you have a wife, do not seek to end the marriage. If you do not have a wife, do not seek to get married. 28  But if you do get married, it is not a sin. And if a young woman gets married, it is not a sin.        29  But let me say this, dear brothers and sisters: The time that remains is very short. So from now on, those with wives should not focus only on their marriage.  30  Those who weep or who rejoice or who buy things should not be absorbed by their weeping or their joy or their possessions.  31  Those who use the things of the world should not become attached to them. For this world as we know it will soon pass away.
       32  I want you to be free from the concerns of this life. An unmarried man can spend his time doing the Lord's work and thinking how to please him.  33  But a married man has to think about his earthly responsibilities and how to please his wife.  34  His interests are divided. In the same way, a woman who is no longer married or has never been married can be devoted to the Lord and holy in body and in spirit. But a married woman has to think about her earthly responsibilities and how to please her husband.  35  I am saying this for your benefit, not to place restrictions on you. I want you to do whatever will help you serve the Lord best, with as few distractions as possible.
       36  But if a man thinks that he's treating his fiancée improperly and will inevitably give in to his passion, let him marry her as he wishes. It is not a sin.  37  But if he has decided firmly not to marry and there is no urgency and he can control his passion, he does well not to marry. 38  So the person who marries his fiancée does well, and the person who doesn't marry does even better.
       39  A wife is bound to her husband as long as he lives. If her husband dies, she is free to marry anyone she wishes, but only if he loves the Lord. [39]   40  But in my opinion it would be better for her to stay single, and I think I am giving you counsel from God's Spirit when I say this.

    Instruction on Marriage
     1  Now regarding the questions you asked in your letter. Yes, it is good to abstain from sexual relations. [1]   2  But because there is so much sexual immorality, each man should have his own wife, and each woman should have her own husband.
       3  The husband should fulfill his wife's sexual needs, and the wife should fulfill her husband's needs.  4  The wife gives authority over her body to her husband, and the husband gives authority over his body to his wife.
       5  Do not deprive each other of sexual relations, unless you both agree to refrain from sexual intimacy for a limited time so you can give yourselves more completely to prayer. Afterward, you should come together again so that Satan won't be able to tempt you because of your lack of self-control.  6  I say this as a concession, not as a command.  7  But I wish everyone were single, just as I am. Yet each person has a special gift from God, of one kind or another.
       8  So I say to those who aren't married and to widows—it's better to stay unmarried, just as I am.  9  But if they can't control themselves, they should go ahead and marry. It's better to marry than to burn with lust.
       10  But for those who are married, I have a command that comes not from me, but from the Lord. [10]  A wife must not leave her husband.  11  But if she does leave him, let her remain single or else be reconciled to him. And the husband must not leave his wife.
       12  Now, I will speak to the rest of you, though I do not have a direct command from the Lord. If a Christian man [12]  has a wife who is not a believer and she is willing to continue living with him, he must not leave her.  13  And if a Christian woman has a husband who is not a believer and he is willing to continue living with her, she must not leave him.  14  For the Christian wife brings holiness to her marriage, and the Christian husband [14]  brings holiness to his marriage. Otherwise, your children would not be holy, but now they are holy.  15  (But if the husband or wife who isn't a believer insists on leaving, let them go. In such cases the Christian husband or wife [15]  is no longer bound to the other, for God has called you [15]  to live in peace.)  16  Don't you wives realize that your husbands might be saved because of you? And don't you husbands realize that your wives might be saved because of you?
       17  Each of you should continue to live in whatever situation the Lord has placed you, and remain as you were when God first called you. This is my rule for all the churches.  18  For instance, a man who was circumcised before he became a believer should not try to reverse it. And the man who was uncircumcised when he became a believer should not be circumcised now.  19  For it makes no difference whether or not a man has been circumcised. The important thing is to keep God's commandments.

     21  I thank you for answering my prayer
      and giving me victory!

     22  The stone that the builders rejected
      has now become the cornerstone.
     23  This is the LORD's doing,
      and it is wonderful to see.
     24  This is the day the LORD has made.
      We will rejoice and be glad in it.
     25  Please, LORD, please save us.
      Please, LORD, please give us success.
     26  Bless the one who comes in the name of the LORD.

    Avoiding Lawsuits with Christians
     1  When one of you has a dispute with another believer, how dare you file a lawsuit and ask a secular court to decide the matter instead of taking it to other believers [1] !  2  Don't you realize that someday we believers will judge the world? And since you are going to judge the world, can't you decide even these little things among yourselves?  3  Don't you realize that we will judge angels? So you should surely be able to resolve ordinary disputes in this life.  4  If you have legal disputes about such matters, why go to outside judges who are not respected by the church?  5  I am saying this to shame you. Isn't there anyone in all the church who is wise enough to decide these issues?  6  But instead, one believer [6]  sues another—right in front of unbelievers!
       7  Even to have such lawsuits with one another is a defeat for you. Why not just accept the injustice and leave it at that? Why not let yourselves be cheated?  8  Instead, you yourselves are the ones who do wrong and cheat even your fellow believers. [8] 
       9  Don't you realize that those who do wrong will not inherit the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in sexual sin, or who worship idols, or commit adultery, or are male prostitutes, or practice homosexuality,  10  or are thieves, or greedy people, or drunkards, or are abusive, or cheat people—none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God.  11  Some of you were once like that. But you were cleansed; you were made holy; you were made right with God by calling on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.

    Avoiding Sexual Sin
     12  You say, "I am allowed to do anything"—but not everything is good for you. And even though "I am allowed to do anything," I must not become a slave to anything.  13  You say, "Food was made for the stomach, and the stomach for food." (This is true, though someday God will do away with both of them.) But you can't say that our bodies were made for sexual immorality. They were made for the Lord, and the Lord cares about our bodies.  14  And God will raise us from the dead by his power, just as he raised our Lord from the dead.
       15  Don't you realize that your bodies are actually parts of Christ? Should a man take his body, which is part of Christ, and join it to a prostitute? Never!  16  And don't you realize that if a man joins himself to a prostitute, he becomes one body with her? For the Scriptures say, "The two are united into one." [16]   17  But the person who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with him.
       18  Run from sexual sin! No other sin so clearly affects the body as this one does. For sexual immorality is a sin against your own body.  19  Don't you realize that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit, who lives in you and was given to you by God? You do not belong to yourself,  20  for God bought you with a high price. So you must honor God with your body.

    Paul's Relationship with the Corinthians
     1  So look at Apollos and me as mere servants of Christ who have been put in charge of explaining God's mysteries.  2  Now, a person who is put in charge as a manager must be faithful.  3  As for me, it matters very little how I might be evaluated by you or by any human authority. I don't even trust my own judgment on this point.  4  My conscience is clear, but that doesn't prove I'm right. It is the Lord himself who will examine me and decide.
       5  So don't make judgments about anyone ahead of time—before the Lord returns. For he will bring our darkest secrets to light and will reveal our private motives. Then God will give to each one whatever praise is due.
       6  Dear brothers and sisters, [6]  I have used Apollos and myself to illustrate what I've been saying. If you pay attention to what I have quoted from the Scriptures, [6]  you won't be proud of one of your leaders at the expense of another.  7  For what gives you the right to make such a judgment? What do you have that God hasn't given you? And if everything you have is from God, why boast as though it were not a gift?
       8  You think you already have everything you need. You think you are already rich. You have begun to reign in God's kingdom without us! I wish you really were reigning already, for then we would be reigning with you.  9  Instead, I sometimes think God has put us apostles on display, like prisoners of war at the end of a victor's parade, condemned to die. We have become a spectacle to the entire world—to people and angels alike.
       10  Our dedication to Christ makes us look like fools, but you claim to be so wise in Christ! We are weak, but you are so powerful! You are honored, but we are ridiculed.  11  Even now we go hungry and thirsty, and we don't have enough clothes to keep warm. We are often beaten and have no home.  12  We work wearily with our own hands to earn our living. We bless those who curse us. We are patient with those who abuse us.  13  We appeal gently when evil things are said about us. Yet we are treated like the world's garbage, like everybody's trash—right up to the present moment.
       14  I am not writing these things to shame you, but to warn you as my beloved children.  15  For even if you had ten thousand others to teach you about Christ, you have only one spiritual father. For I became your father in Christ Jesus when I preached the Good News to you. 16  So I urge you to imitate me.
       17  That's why I have sent Timothy, my beloved and faithful child in the Lord. He will remind you of how I follow Christ Jesus, just as I teach in all the churches wherever I go.
       18  Some of you have become arrogant, thinking I will not visit you again.  19  But I will come—and soon—if the Lord lets me, and then I'll find out whether these arrogant people just give pretentious speeches or whether they really have God's power.  20  For the Kingdom of God is not just a lot of talk; it is living by God's power.  21  Which do you choose? Should I come with a rod to punish you, or should I come with love and a gentle spirit?

     1  Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good!
      His faithful love endures forever.
     2  Has the LORD redeemed you? Then speak out!
      Tell others he has redeemed you from your enemies.
     3  For he has gathered the exiles from many lands,
      from east and west,
      from north and south.

     4  Some wandered in the wilderness,
      lost and homeless.
     5  Hungry and thirsty,
      they nearly died.
     6  "LORD, help!" they cried in their trouble,
      and he rescued them from their distress.
     7  He led them straight to safety,
      to a city where they could live.
     8  Let them praise the LORD for his great love
      and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
     9  For he satisfies the thirsty
      and fills the hungry with good things.

     10  Some sat in darkness and deepest gloom,
      imprisoned in iron chains of misery.
     11  They rebelled against the words of God,
      scorning the counsel of the Most High.
     12  That is why he broke them with hard labor;
      they fell, and no one was there to help them.
     13  "LORD, help!" they cried in their trouble,
      and he saved them from their distress.
     14  He led them from the darkness and deepest gloom;
      he snapped their chains.
     15  Let them praise the LORD for his great love
      and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
     16  For he broke down their prison gates of bronze;
      he cut apart their bars of iron.

     17  Some were fools; they rebelled
      and suffered for their sins.
     18  They couldn't stand the thought of food,
      and they were knocking on death's door.
     19  "LORD, help!" they cried in their trouble,
      and he saved them from their distress.
     20  He sent out his word and healed them,
      snatching them from the door of death.
     21  Let them praise the LORD for his great love
      and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
     22  Let them offer sacrifices of thanksgiving
      and sing joyfully about his glorious acts.

     23  Some went off to sea in ships,
      plying the trade routes of the world.
     24  They, too, observed the LORD's power in action,
      his impressive works on the deepest seas.
     25  He spoke, and the winds rose,
      stirring up the waves.
     26  Their ships were tossed to the heavens
      and plunged again to the depths;
      the sailors cringed in terror.
     27  They reeled and staggered like drunkards
      and were at their wits' end.
     28  "LORD, help!" they cried in their trouble,
      and he saved them from their distress.
     29  He calmed the storm to a whisper
      and stilled the waves.
     30  What a blessing was that stillness
      as he brought them safely into harbor!
     31  Let them praise the LORD for his great love
      and for the wonderful things he has done for them.
     32  Let them exalt him publicly before the congregation
      and before the leaders of the nation.

     33  He changes rivers into deserts,
      and springs of water into dry, thirsty land.
     34  He turns the fruitful land into salty wastelands,
      because of the wickedness of those who live there.
     35  But he also turns deserts into pools of water,
      the dry land into springs of water.
     36  He brings the hungry to settle there
      and to build their cities.
     37  They sow their fields, plant their vineyards,
      and harvest their bumper crops.
     38  How he blesses them!
      They raise large families there,
      and their herds of livestock increase.

     39  When they decrease in number and become impoverished
      through oppression, trouble, and sorrow,
     40  the LORD pours contempt on their princes,
      causing them to wander in trackless wastelands.
     41  But he rescues the poor from trouble
      and increases their families like flocks of sheep.
     42  The godly will see these things and be glad,
      while the wicked are struck silent.
     43  Those who are wise will take all this to heart;
      they will see in our history the faithful love of the LORD.

    Psalms 108

    A song. A psalm of David.
     1  My heart is confident in you, O God;
      no wonder I can sing your praises with all my heart!
     2  Wake up, lyre and harp!
      I will wake the dawn with my song.
     3  I will thank you, LORD, among all the people.
      I will sing your praises among the nations.
     4  For your unfailing love is higher than the heavens.
      Your faithfulness reaches to the clouds.
     5  Be exalted, O God, above the highest heavens.
      May your glory shine over all the earth.

     6  Now rescue your beloved people.
      Answer and save us by your power.
     7  God has promised this by his holiness [7] :
    "I will divide up Shechem with joy.
      I will measure out the valley of Succoth.
     8  Gilead is mine,
      and Manasseh, too.
    Ephraim, my helmet, will produce my warriors,
      and Judah, my scepter, will produce my kings.
     9  But Moab, my washbasin, will become my servant,
      and I will wipe my feet on Edom
      and shout in triumph over Philistia."

     10  Who will bring me into the fortified city?
      Who will bring me victory over Edom?
     11  Have you rejected us, O God?
      Will you no longer march with our armies?
     12  Oh, please help us against our enemies,
      for all human help is useless.
     13  With God's help we will do mighty things,
      for he will trample down our foes.

    Psalms 109

    For the choir director: A psalm of David.
     1  O God, whom I praise,
      don't stand silent and aloof
     2  while the wicked slander me
      and tell lies about me.
     3  They surround me with hateful words
      and fight against me for no reason.
     4  I love them, but they try to destroy me with accusations
      even as I am praying for them!
     5  They repay evil for good,
      and hatred for my love.

     6  They say, [6]  "Get an evil person to turn against him.
      Send an accuser to bring him to trial.
     7  When his case comes up for judgment,
      let him be pronounced guilty.
      Count his prayers as sins.
     8  Let his years be few;
      let someone else take his position.
     9  May his children become fatherless,
      and his wife a widow.
     10  May his children wander as beggars
      and be driven from their ruined homes.
     11  May creditors seize his entire estate,
      and strangers take all he has earned.
     12  Let no one be kind to him;
      let no one pity his fatherless children.
     13  May all his offspring die.
      May his family name be blotted out in a single generation.
     14  May the LORD never forget the sins of his fathers;
      may his mother's sins never be erased from the record.
     15  May the LORD always remember these sins,
      and may his name disappear from human memory.
     16  For he refused all kindness to others;
      he persecuted the poor and needy,
      and he hounded the brokenhearted to death.
     17  He loved to curse others;
      now you curse him.
    He never blessed others;
      now don't you bless him.
     18  Cursing is as natural to him as his clothing,
      or the water he drinks,
      or the rich food he eats.
     19  Now may his curses return and cling to him like clothing;
      may they be tied around him like a belt."

     20  May those curses become the LORD's punishment
      for my accusers who speak evil of me.
     21  But deal well with me, O Sovereign LORD,
      for the sake of your own reputation!
    Rescue me
      because you are so faithful and good.
     22  For I am poor and needy,
      and my heart is full of pain.
     23  I am fading like a shadow at dusk;
      I am brushed off like a locust.
     24  My knees are weak from fasting,
      and I am skin and bones.
     25  I am a joke to people everywhere;
      when they see me, they shake their heads in scorn.

     26  Help me, O LORD my God!
      Save me because of your unfailing love.
     27  Let them see that this is your doing,
      that you yourself have done it, LORD.
     28  Then let them curse me if they like,
      but you will bless me!
    When they attack me, they will be disgraced!
      But I, your servant, will go right on rejoicing!
     29  May my accusers be clothed with disgrace;
      may their humiliation cover them like a cloak.
     30  But I will give repeated thanks to the LORD,
      praising him to everyone.
     31  For he stands beside the needy,
      ready to save them from those who condemn them.

    1 Corinthians 5

    Paul Condemns Spiritual Pride
     1  I can hardly believe the report about the sexual immorality going on among you—something that even pagans don't do. I am told that a man in your church is living in sin with his stepmother. [1]   2  You are so proud of yourselves, but you should be mourning in sorrow and shame. And you should remove this man from your fellowship.
       3  Even though I am not with you in person, I am with you in the Spirit. [3]  And as though I were there, I have already passed judgment on this man  4  in the name of the Lord Jesus. You must call a meeting of the church. [4]  I will be present with you in spirit, and so will the power of our Lord Jesus.  5  Then you must throw this man out and hand him over to Satan so that his sinful nature will be destroyed [5]  and he himself [5]  will be saved on the day the Lord [5]  returns.
       6  Your boasting about this is terrible. Don't you realize that this sin is like a little yeast that spreads through the whole batch of dough? 7  Get rid of the old "yeast" by removing this wicked person from among you. Then you will be like a fresh batch of dough made without yeast, which is what you really are. Christ, our Passover Lamb, has been sacrificed for us. [7]   8  So let us celebrate the festival, not with the old bread [8]  of wickedness and evil, but with the new bread [8]  of sincerity and truth.
       9  When I wrote to you before, I told you not to associate with people who indulge in sexual sin.  10  But I wasn't talking about unbelievers who indulge in sexual sin, or are greedy, or cheat people, or worship idols. You would have to leave this world to avoid people like that.  11  I meant that you are not to associate with anyone who claims to be a believer [11]  yet indulges in sexual sin, or is greedy, or worships idols, or is abusive, or is a drunkard, or cheats people. Don't even eat with such people.
       12  It isn't my responsibility to judge outsiders, but it certainly is your responsibility to judge those inside the church who are sinning. 13  God will judge those on the outside; but as the Scriptures say, "You must remove the evil person from among you." [13]

    Old Testament: Psalms 110-112

    Psalms 110

    A psalm of David.
     1  The LORD said to my Lord,
      "Sit in the place of honor at my right hand
    until I humble your enemies,
      making them a footstool under your feet."

     2  The LORD will extend your powerful kingdom from Jerusalem [2] ;
      you will rule over your enemies.
     3  When you go to war,
      your people will serve you willingly.
    You are arrayed in holy garments,
      and your strength will be renewed each day like the morning dew.

     4  The LORD has taken an oath and will not break his vow:
      "You are a priest forever in the order of Melchizedek."

     5  The Lord stands at your right hand to protect you.
      He will strike down many kings when his anger erupts.
     6  He will punish the nations
      and fill their lands with corpses;
      he will shatter heads over the whole earth.
     7  But he himself will be refreshed from brooks along the way.
      He will be victorious.

    Psalms 111

     1  Praise the LORD!

    I will thank the LORD with all my heart
      as I meet with his godly people.
     2  How amazing are the deeds of the LORD!
      All who delight in him should ponder them.
     3  Everything he does reveals his glory and majesty.
      His righteousness never fails.
     4  He causes us to remember his wonderful works.
      How gracious and merciful is our LORD!
     5  He gives food to those who fear him;
      he always remembers his covenant.
     6  He has shown his great power to his people
      by giving them the lands of other nations.
     7  All he does is just and good,
      and all his commandments are trustworthy.
     8  They are forever true,
      to be obeyed faithfully and with integrity.
     9  He has paid a full ransom for his people.
      He has guaranteed his covenant with them forever.
      What a holy, awe-inspiring name he has!
     10  Fear of the LORD is the foundation of true wisdom.
      All who obey his commandments will grow in wisdom.

    Praise him forever!

    Psalms 112

     [1] 
     1  Praise the LORD!

    How joyful are those who fear the LORD
      and delight in obeying his commands.
     2  Their children will be successful everywhere;
      an entire generation of godly people will be blessed.
     3  They themselves will be wealthy,
      and their good deeds will last forever.
     4  Light shines in the darkness for the godly.
      They are generous, compassionate, and righteous.
     5  Good comes to those who lend money generously
      and conduct their business fairly.
     6  Such people will not be overcome by evil.
      Those who are righteous will be long remembered.
     7  They do not fear bad news;
      they confidently trust the LORD to care for them.
     8  They are confident and fearless
      and can face their foes triumphantly.
     9  They share freely and give generously to those in need.
      Their good deeds will be remembered forever.
      They will have influence and honor.
     10  The wicked will see this and be infuriated.
      They will grind their teeth in anger;
      they will slink away, their hopes thwarted.

    Today's Bible reading 20090820

    New Testament: 1 Corinthians 3

    1 Corinthians 3

    Paul and Apollos, Servants of Christ
     1  Dear brothers and sisters, [1]  when I was with you I couldn't talk to you as I would to spiritual people. [1]  I had to talk as though you belonged to this world or as though you were infants in the Christian life. [1]   2  I had to feed you with milk, not with solid food, because you weren't ready for anything stronger. And you still aren't ready,  3  for you are still controlled by your sinful nature. You are jealous of one another and quarrel with each other. Doesn't that prove you are controlled by your sinful nature? Aren't you living like people of the world? 4  When one of you says, "I am a follower of Paul," and another says, "I follow Apollos," aren't you acting just like people of the world?
       5  After all, who is Apollos? Who is Paul? We are only God's servants through whom you believed the Good News. Each of us did the work the Lord gave us.  6  I planted the seed in your hearts, and Apollos watered it, but it was God who made it grow.  7  It's not important who does the planting, or who does the watering. What's important is that God makes the seed grow.  8  The one who plants and the one who waters work together with the same purpose. And both will be rewarded for their own hard work.  9  For we are both God's workers. And you are God's field. You are God's building.
       10  Because of God's grace to me, I have laid the foundation like an expert builder. Now others are building on it. But whoever is building on this foundation must be very careful.  11  For no one can lay any foundation other than the one we already have—Jesus Christ.
       12  Anyone who builds on that foundation may use a variety of materials—gold, silver, jewels, wood, hay, or straw.  13  But on the judgment day, fire will reveal what kind of work each builder has done. The fire will show if a person's work has any value.  14  If the work survives, that builder will receive a reward.  15  But if the work is burned up, the builder will suffer great loss. The builder will be saved, but like someone barely escaping through a wall of flames.
       16  Don't you realize that all of you together are the temple of God and that the Spirit of God lives in [16]  you?  17  God will destroy anyone who destroys this temple. For God's temple is holy, and you are that temple.
       18  Stop deceiving yourselves. If you think you are wise by this world's standards, you need to become a fool to be truly wise.  19  For the wisdom of this world is foolishness to God. As the Scriptures say,

    "He traps the wise
      in the snare of their own cleverness." [19] 

     20  And again,

    "The LORD knows the thoughts of the wise;
      he knows they are worthless." [20] 

       21  So don't boast about following a particular human leader. For everything belongs to you—  22  whether Paul or Apollos or Peter, [22]  or the world, or life and death, or the present and the future. Everything belongs to you,  23  and you belong to Christ, and Christ belongs to God.

    Old Testament: Psalms 105-106

    Psalms 105

     1  Give thanks to the LORD and proclaim his greatness.
      Let the whole world know what he has done.
     2  Sing to him; yes, sing his praises.
      Tell everyone about his wonderful deeds.
     3  Exult in his holy name;
      rejoice, you who worship the LORD.
     4  Search for the LORD and for his strength;
      continually seek him.
     5  Remember the wonders he has performed,
      his miracles, and the rulings he has given,
     6  you children of his servant Abraham,
      you descendants of Jacob, his chosen ones.

     7  He is the LORD our God.
      His justice is seen throughout the land.
     8  He always stands by his covenant—
      the commitment he made to a thousand generations.
     9  This is the covenant he made with Abraham
      and the oath he swore to Isaac.
     10  He confirmed it to Jacob as a decree,
      and to the people of Israel as a never-ending covenant:
     11  "I will give you the land of Canaan
      as your special possession."

     12  He said this when they were few in number,
      a tiny group of strangers in Canaan.
     13  They wandered from nation to nation,
      from one kingdom to another.
     14  Yet he did not let anyone oppress them.
      He warned kings on their behalf:
     15  "Do not touch my chosen people,
      and do not hurt my prophets."

     16  He called for a famine on the land of Canaan,
      cutting off its food supply.
     17  Then he sent someone to Egypt ahead of them—
      Joseph, who was sold as a slave.
     18  They bruised his feet with fetters
      and placed his neck in an iron collar.
     19  Until the time came to fulfill his dreams, [19] 
      the LORD tested Joseph's character.
     20  Then Pharaoh sent for him and set him free;
      the ruler of the nation opened his prison door.
     21  Joseph was put in charge of all the king's household;
      he became ruler over all the king's possessions.
     22  He could instruct the king's aides as he pleased
      and teach the king's advisers.

     23  Then Israel arrived in Egypt;
      Jacob lived as a foreigner in the land of Ham.
     24  And the LORD multiplied the people of Israel
      until they became too mighty for their enemies.
     25  Then he turned the Egyptians against the Israelites,
      and they plotted against the LORD's servants.

     26  But the LORD sent his servant Moses,
      along with Aaron, whom he had chosen.
     27  They performed miraculous signs among the Egyptians,
      and wonders in the land of Ham.
     28  The LORD blanketed Egypt in darkness,
      for they had defied his commands to let his people go.
     29  He turned their water into blood,
      poisoning all the fish.
     30  Then frogs overran the land
      and even invaded the king's bedrooms.
     31  When the LORD spoke, flies descended on the Egyptians,
      and gnats swarmed across Egypt.
     32  He sent them hail instead of rain,
      and lightning flashed over the land.
     33  He ruined their grapevines and fig trees
      and shattered all the trees.
     34  He spoke, and hordes of locusts came—
      young locusts beyond number.
     35  They ate up everything green in the land,
      destroying all the crops in their fields.
     36  Then he killed the oldest son in each Egyptian home,
      the pride and joy of each family.

     37  The LORD brought his people out of Egypt, loaded with silver and gold;
      and not one among the tribes of Israel even stumbled.
     38  Egypt was glad when they were gone,
      for they feared them greatly.
     39  The LORD spread a cloud above them as a covering
      and gave them a great fire to light the darkness.
     40  They asked for meat, and he sent them quail;
      he satisfied their hunger with manna—bread from heaven.
     41  He split open a rock, and water gushed out
      to form a river through the dry wasteland.
     42  For he remembered his sacred promise
      to his servant Abraham.
     43  So he brought his people out of Egypt with joy,
      his chosen ones with rejoicing.
     44  He gave his people the lands of pagan nations,
      and they harvested crops that others had planted.
     45  All this happened so they would follow his decrees
      and obey his instructions.

    Praise the LORD!

    Psalms 106

     1  Praise the LORD!

    Give thanks to the LORD, for he is good!
      His faithful love endures forever.
     2  Who can list the glorious miracles of the LORD?
      Who can ever praise him enough?
     3  There is joy for those who deal justly with others
      and always do what is right.

     4  Remember me, LORD, when you show favor to your people;
      come near and rescue me.
     5  Let me share in the prosperity of your chosen ones.
      Let me rejoice in the joy of your people;
      let me praise you with those who are your heritage.

     6  Like our ancestors, we have sinned.
      We have done wrong! We have acted wickedly!
     7  Our ancestors in Egypt
      were not impressed by the LORD's miraculous deeds.
    They soon forgot his many acts of kindness to them.
      Instead, they rebelled against him at the Red Sea. [7] 
     8  Even so, he saved them—
      to defend the honor of his name
      and to demonstrate his mighty power.
     9  He commanded the Red Sea [9]  to dry up.
      He led Israel across the sea as if it were a desert.
     10  So he rescued them from their enemies
      and redeemed them from their foes.
     11  Then the water returned and covered their enemies;
      not one of them survived.
     12  Then his people believed his promises.
      Then they sang his praise.

     13  Yet how quickly they forgot what he had done!
      They wouldn't wait for his counsel!
     14  In the wilderness their desires ran wild,
      testing God's patience in that dry wasteland.
     15  So he gave them what they asked for,
      but he sent a plague along with it.
     16  The people in the camp were jealous of Moses
      and envious of Aaron, the LORD's holy priest.
     17  Because of this, the earth opened up;
      it swallowed Dathan
      and buried Abiram and the other rebels.
     18  Fire fell upon their followers;
      a flame consumed the wicked.

     19  The people made a calf at Mount Sinai [19] ;
      they bowed before an image made of gold.
     20  They traded their glorious God
      for a statue of a grass-eating bull.
     21  They forgot God, their savior,
      who had done such great things in Egypt—
     22  such wonderful things in the land of Ham,
      such awesome deeds at the Red Sea.
     23  So he declared he would destroy them.
      But Moses, his chosen one, stepped between the LORD and the people.
      He begged him to turn from his anger and not destroy them.

     24  The people refused to enter the pleasant land,
      for they wouldn't believe his promise to care for them.
     25  Instead, they grumbled in their tents
      and refused to obey the LORD.
     26  Therefore, he solemnly swore
      that he would kill them in the wilderness,
     27  that he would scatter their descendants among the nations,
      exiling them to distant lands.

     28  Then our ancestors joined in the worship of Baal at Peor;
      they even ate sacrifices offered to the dead!
     29  They angered the LORD with all these things,
      so a plague broke out among them.
     30  But Phinehas had the courage to intervene,
      and the plague was stopped.
     31  So he has been regarded as a righteous man
      ever since that time.

     32  At Meribah, too, they angered the LORD,
      causing Moses serious trouble.
     33  They made Moses angry, [33] 
      and he spoke foolishly.

     34  Israel failed to destroy the nations in the land,
      as the LORD had commanded them.
     35  Instead, they mingled among the pagans
      and adopted their evil customs.
     36  They worshiped their idols,
      which led to their downfall.
     37  They even sacrificed their sons
      and their daughters to the demons.
     38  They shed innocent blood,
      the blood of their sons and daughters.
    By sacrificing them to the idols of Canaan,
      they polluted the land with murder.
     39  They defiled themselves by their evil deeds,
      and their love of idols was adultery in the LORD's sight.

     40  That is why the LORD's anger burned against his people,
      and he abhorred his own special possession.
     41  He handed them over to pagan nations,
      and they were ruled by those who hated them.

    俺的月亮星：射手座

    月亮落入火象星座者(牧羊，狮子，射手)，在性格上会有较乐观，自信，热诚，主动，进取的倾向。他们永远有赤子之心，喜欢和年轻人在一起，比较喜欢当『老大』，但个性也很慷慨，是个开创性人物，决策者，但在执行上总是把细节留给别人，对于繁琐的事总是不耐烦。有理想，有运动家精神，视人生为一场竞赛。在金钱方面很难储蓄。

    第一句话是：优秀是一种习惯。

    　　这句话是古希腊哲学家亚里士多德说的。如果说优秀是一种习惯，那么懒惰也是一种习惯。人出生的时候，除了脾气会因为天性而有所不同，其他的东西基本都是后天形成的，是家庭影响和教育的结果。所以，我们的一言一行都是日积月累养成的习惯。我们有的人形成了很好的习惯，有的人形成了很坏的习惯。所以我们从现在起就要把优秀变成一种习惯，使我们的优秀行为习以为常，变成我们的第二天性。让我们习惯性地去创造性思考，习惯性地去认真做事情，习惯性地对别人友好，习惯性地欣赏大自然。

    　　注解：要会“装”，要持续的、不间断的“装”，装久了就成了真的了，就成了习惯了，比如准时到会，每次都按时到会，你装装看，你装30年看看，装的时间长了就形成了习惯。

    第二句话是：生命是一种过程。

    　　事情的结果尽管重要，但是做事情的过程更加重要，因为结果好了我们会更加快乐，但过程使我们的生命充实。人的生命最后的结果一定是死亡，我们不能因此说我们的生命没有意义。世界上很少有永恒。大学生谈恋爱，每天都在信誓旦旦地说我会爱你一辈子，这实际上是不真实的。统计数据表明，大学生谈恋爱的100对里有90对最后会分手，最后结婚了的还有一半会离婚。你说爱情能永恒吗?所以最真实的说法是：“我今天，此时此刻正在真心地爱着你。”明天也许你会失恋，失恋后我们会体验到失恋的痛苦。这种体验也是丰富你生命的一个过程。

    　　注解：生命本身其实是没有任何意义的，只是你自己赋予你的生命一种你希望实现的意义，因此享受生命的过程就是一种意义所在。

    第三句话是：两点之间最短的距离并不一定是直线。

    　　在人与人的关系以及做事情的过程中，我们很难直截了当就把事情做好。我们有时需要等待，有时需要合作，有时需要技巧。我们做事情会碰到很多困难和障碍，有时候我们并不一定要硬挺、硬冲，我们可以选择有困难绕过去，有障碍绕过去，也许这样做事情更加顺利。大家想一想，我们和别人说话还得想想哪句话更好听呢。尤其在中国这个比较复杂的社会中，大家要学会想办法谅解别人，要让人觉得你这个人很成熟，很不错，你才能把事情做成。注解：如果你在考数学试题，一定要答两点之间直线段最短，如果你在走路，从A到B，明明可以直接过去，但所有人都不走，你最好别走，因为有陷阱。在中国办事情，直线性思维在很多地方要碰壁，这是中国特色的中国处事智慧。

    第四句话是：只有知道如何停止的人才知道如何加快速度。

    　　我在滑雪的时候，最大的体会就是停不下来。我刚开始学滑雪时没有请教练，看着别人滑雪，觉得很容易，不就是从山顶滑到山下吗?于是我穿上滑雪板，哧溜一下就滑下去了，结果我从山顶滑到山下，实际上是滚到山下，摔了很多个跟斗。我发现根本就不知道怎么停止、怎么保持平衡。最后我反复练习怎么在雪地上、斜坡上停下来。练了一个星期，我终于学会了在任何坡上停止、滑行、再停止。这个时候我就发现自己会滑雪了，就敢从山顶高速地往山坡下冲。因为我知道只要我想停，一转身就能停下来。只要你能停下来，你就不会撞上树、撞上石头、撞上人，你就不会被撞死。因此，只有知道如何停止的人，才知道如何高速前进。

    　　注解：用汽车来比喻，宝马可以上200公里，奇瑞却只能上120公里，为什么?发动机估计不相上下，差距在刹车系统，上了200公里刹不了车，呵呵，我的天!

    第五句话是：放弃是一种智慧，缺陷是一种恩惠。

    　　当你拥有六个苹果的时候，千万不要把它们都吃掉，因为你把六个苹果全都吃掉，你也只吃到了六个苹果，只吃到了一种味道，那就是苹果的味道。如果你把六个苹果中的五个拿出来给别人吃，尽管表面上你丢了五个苹果，但实际上你却得到了其他五个人的友情和好感。以后你还能得到更多，当别人有了别的水果的时候，也一定会和你分享，你会从这个人手里得到一个橘子，那个人手里得到一个梨，最后你可能就得到了六种不同的水果，六种不同的味道，六种不同的颜色，六个人的友谊。人一定要学会用你拥有的东西去换取对你来说更加重要和丰富的东西。所以说，放弃是一种智慧。

    　　注解：我的个人原则是：每一次放弃都必须是一次升华，否则就不要放弃;每一次选择都必须是一次升华，否则不要选择。做人最大的乐趣在于通过奋斗去获得我们想要的东西，所以有缺点意味着我们可以进一步完美，有匮乏之处意味着我们可以进一步努力。美国有一部电视片，讲的是一位富翁给后代留下了用不尽的遗产，结果他的后代全都变成了吸毒的、自杀的、进监狱的，或者精神病患者。为什么会这样呢?因为这位富翁给自己后代留下的钱太多了，以致他们不需要劳动就可以继承一大笔财产。继承一大笔财富，就几乎什么都能买到。所以，当一个人什么都不缺的时候，他的生存空间就被剥夺掉了。如果我们每天早上醒过来，感到自己今天缺点儿什么，感到自己还需要更加完美，感到自己还有追求，那是一件多么值得高兴的事情啊!

    　　当我一遍又一遍地重复你早已听腻的话语，请耐心地听我说，不要打断我。你小的时候，我不得不重复那个讲过千百遍的故事，直到你进入梦乡。
    　　当我需要你帮我洗澡时，请不要责备我。还记得小时候我千方百计哄你洗澡的情形吗？
    　　当我对新科技和新事物不知所措时，请不要嘲笑我。想一想当初我怎样耐心地回答你的每一个“为什么”。
    　　当我由于双腿疲劳而无法行走时，请伸出你年轻有力的手搀扶我。就像你小时候学习走路时，我扶你那样。
    　　当我忽然忘记我们谈话的主题，请给我一些时间让我回想。其实对我来说，谈论什么并不重要，只要你能在一旁听我说，我就很满足。

    前言

    我，保罗，向罗马的基督徒问安。我听见你们的信心，因而感谢神，并且不断为你们代祷。我常渴望去探访你们，现在终于有了机会，让我得以一偿宿愿，在罗马传讲福音。

    A

    I. 我绝不以福音为耻；神用这个信息拯救一切相信的人。这个信息启示出，神如何使人因信与祂和好，正如经上所说：“因信而称义的人必要得生命。”

    II. 我们思想世人的状况，就能了解这信息的必要性。我们看见神的报应临到异教徒，他们对神的观念错误，以至生活糜烂；不仅如此，我们看到犹太人如出一辙，他们虽然知道神的律法，又享有许多特权，但却未能遵守他们所知道的律法。因此，所有人类，不论犹太人或外邦人，在神面前都已道德破产；没有一个人能期待，自己可以凭行为或功德在神面前称义。

    III. 所以，若人要蒙神称义，必须靠祂的恩典。感谢神，由于基督的救赎之工，神已经施恩使人能与祂和好。因着基督的牺牲，祂成为我们的罪完美的赎罪祭；我们可以凭信心，支取祂赎罪之工的成效。如此，神保持了自己的义，又将义加诸于所有信耶稣的人身上，不分犹太人或外邦人。神的律法因此得到尊荣，圣经也得着了应验。

    举例来说，若我们思想亚伯拉罕，便会发现神接纳他也是循着相同的途径。经上说：“亚伯拉罕信神，这便算为他的义。”（他并不是特例；大卫也为这个原则作见证。）请注意这一点：这句论亚伯拉罕的话，是在他未受割礼之前说的，表明这个因信称义的途径不仅是给犹太人的，也是为外邦人的。因此亚伯拉罕是一切信徒的属灵之父，无论其种族为何。亚伯拉罕的信就算为他的义，这一宣告的意思是，若我们相信神，就是那位藉基督的死与复活彰显拯救大能的神，这信也同样可算为我们的义。

    因此，我们凭信心接受神的恩赐，就是义，同时也接受了平安、喜乐、与荣耀的盼望。所以我们在患难中也可以欢喜忍耐，因为神就是我们的喜乐。祂藉着基督的牺牲所显明的爱，已经使我们与祂和好，而基督复活的生命更能保障我们在审判之日必全然得救。

    我们从前“在亚当里”，与他同尝不顺服的苦果，属于旧的“罪和死”集团。但是现在这旧的集团已经解散，由新的“义与生命”集团所取代，就是我们“在基督里”的集团，因为基督完美顺服的果子已经与许多人分享了。这种地位的改变，与摩西的律法毫无关系；律法的功用只是显明人的罪而已，但是神的恩典已经胜过人的罪，现在掌权作王了。

    IV. 有人说：“这样，我们岂不是可以增加过犯，好让神的恩典更显荣耀吗？”这种想法应当根除！因为“在基督里”我们已经进入一种新生命；就过去我们和罪的关系而言，我们已经死了。这正是我们受洗的意义。你不妨把罪想成一群奴隶的主人，我们过去就是他的奴隶。奴隶必须听从主人的命令，但若是这奴隶死了，或归属别的主人，从前的主人对他便再也没有权柄了。因此，罪不能再辖制你们，因为你们现在已经属于神，祂已将你们从过去的奴役中释放出来。罪是极其刻薄的主人，其工价就是死；相反的，神却将在基督里的永生赐给祂的仆人。

    至于旧的律法束缚，也同属一理。在律法之下的人，受它约束，就像妻子被丈夫约束一样。但正如死亡能终止婚姻的束缚，因此，信徒既“与基督同死”，就终止了从前律法的束缚，能得自由而归于基督。律法要禁止罪，却反而激发了罪；但归于基督的人能结出生命的义果。

    我说，律法要禁止罪，却反而激发了罪，乃是基于亲身的体验。我第一次有贪婪的意图，是因为知道了“不可贪婪”的诫命，这个诫命促使我犯了那项罪。

    律法并没有错；但我败坏的本性对律法的反应便是如此。我里面有意承认神律法的美善，渴望去遵行，但败坏的本性仍然存在，与内住的罪结盟，不断与这个意念争战。靠我自己的力量，我无法胜过内住的罪，也不能禁止自已不顺服它。我心意分裂，生命失败，直到我明白了我主耶稣基督的胜利已属于我，才存着感恩的心，支取了这份胜利。

    凡在基督里的人，都领受了祂的灵，基督的灵发动一种新的律──生命的律，这律能反击罪和死的旧律。随从圣灵的人可以履行神的要求，律法却不能令他们办到。圣灵使新性情胜过旧性情；圣灵使新生命现在就产生效力，有一天更要将我们必朽坏的身体变为不朽坏的。圣灵引导我们的生命，使我们如同神自由的儿女一般；祂感动我们从心底称神为“父”。有一天，神的众儿女将完全脱离朽坏，向这世界彰显神造他们的荣耀；到那日，宇宙万有都会脱离目前的败坏光景，得享神儿女自由的荣耀。

    所有受造之物都在渴望那日子，我们也是如此；但是我们在目前的限制之下，仍有圣灵的帮助和代祷，并且深知祂使万事互相效力，因为神的旨意是要我们得着益处。祂的旨意永不失败；祂所拣选、预定、呼召且称义的人，必定要得着荣耀。

    因此，让我们刚强壮胆。神站在我们这一边；基督是我们全能的救主；无论今生来世，宇宙之中没有任何力量能使祂的爱与祂的子民隔绝。

    V. 虽然如此，有一件事令我心痛无比。我自己的亲人、骨肉，就是专为救主的来临作准备的国度，祂的肉身从其中而出的国度，却不接纳祂。

    这并不是说，神对以色列的应许落空了。祂在历史之中不断拣选一些人，放弃另一些人。而我的同胞拒绝了神所预备的因信称义之路，宁可坚持自己守律法之路；以色列人拒绝神的路之时，外邦人却接受了。

    我说，以色列人拒绝这路，却不是说“所有的”以色列人。古时神曾经留下少数忠心的人，今天祂也在恩典中拣选了一些余数。过去，余民是未来美事的保证，今天仍然相同；以色列拒绝福音，被神搁置一旁，不过是暂时的。外邦人享受福音的福份，会激动我的骨肉，有朝一日，所有以色列人都会因神的救恩欢欣。

    你看，神为全人类的旨意是：大家都没有分别，以色列人和外邦人都能享受祂在基督里的祝福。神的作为同等奇妙难测！愿荣耀归给祂，直到永远！

    B

    你们既然明白了神在基督里为你们所作的一切，就当全心服事神。你们都是基督身体的肢体，要为着全体的利益来发挥自己的功能。在彼此相处的时候，要表现出基督的怜悯与宽恕。

    要顺服掌权的政府，他们乃是神的仆人。你们唯一可欠的债，是爱心的债。因眼前的日子邪恶，灵里要常儆醒，活出基督徒的样式。

    对信徒要大显温柔与体谅。信徒在日子、食物等事上，彼此的看法不尽相同。信徒的自由是件好事，但却不要因过份强调这点，而失去了相爱的心。当牢记基督的榜样，祂处处都为别人的好处着想。

    尾声

    我是以外邦使徒的身份写信给你们。我极其敬重自己这职份，就是要达成神赐福给万邦的旨意，从古时圣经早已言明这个旨意。我的工作已经从耶路撒冷开展到以利哩古，现在我计划前往西班牙，并想顺道去探望你们。但我必须先到耶路撒冷，转交一份捐款，是外邦教会为赒济那里的弟兄所筹的款项。请为这件事能顺利进行代祷。

    请善待转交这封信的非比姊妹。问候我所认识在罗马的每一位朋友。要留意那些传分裂教训的人；持守你们在众教会之中的好名声。我在这里的朋友也向你们问安。但愿基督的恩惠与你们同在，荣耀全归于神。
